This time it’s War

Aliens (1986) was directed by James Cameron and is the first sequel to Ridley Scott‘s Alien(1979).

The film owes much to Robert A. Heinlein‘s militaristic sf novel Starship Troopers (1960) which was itself filmed by Paul Verhoeven as Starship Troopers in 1997.
