Robert A Heinlein

Robert A. Heinlein wrote Double Star (1956), The Door Into Summer (1957), Starship Troopers (1960),  Stranger in a Strange Land (1961) and The Moon is a Harsh Mistress (1966)

Heinlein was regarded as one of the ‘Big Three’ science fiction authors of the ‘Golden Age‘ of science fiction, along with Isaac Asimov and Arthur C. Clarke.

 

Starship Troopers was filmed by Paul Verhoeven in 1997.
