Tu quoque (Latin for “you, too” or “you, also”), or the appeal to hypocrisy.

А у вас негров линчуют (“And you are lynching Negroes”), a standard Soviet propaganda in response  to criticisms of the Soviet viloations of human rights, is an example of Tu quoque argument.
